Win streak improves to 16, marked by clutch OT win over Blazers.
"Coach" Kawhi talking basketball with Dejounte Murray... It was Kawhi Leonard's game-winning near buzzer beater this time around that finally downed the Portland Trail Blazers. Portland had rallied and tied the game, as Leonard missed his first chance to end things there. The Blazers actually took an early lead in the extra period, but the Spurs recovered for the victory. The Hawks and Lakers both fell to the Spurs next. Meanwhile, the Golden State Warriors (who'd been building their own impressive win streak) finally lost one. Despite a nice game by Taurean Prince (26 points), the Hawks couldn't keep the Spurs from getting no. 16 in the books. Leonard led the way with 27 points and 9 rebounds. Dejounte Murray had 12 points, Patty Mills hit five 3PTers, Iman Shumpert had 10 points, and Kyle O'Quinn played hard all game long for 15 points and 10 rebounds.
