Spurs top Kings, then dominate Nets and Pistons.

Make it eight straight wins for the Spurs, as the first meeting against Tony Parker's new team resulted in a road victory, a neat moment as Mills and Murray clashed with Parker and his new protege, De'Aaron Fox. Next the Brooklyn Nets were bested, despite a strong game by D'Angelo Russell. The Pistons were blown out by 30 points, 126-96, as the Spurs pulled away in the second half. Proficient play by Kawhi Leonard was a constant in all three outings, and Murray turned some heads also, notching 12 assists versus Detroit. New arrival Skal Labissiere had some solid showings, also. The Spurs now stand at the top of the western conference, yet close behind are the more-so surging Warriors who've won twelve straight.
